Logo Design & Branding Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, unused logo concepts, and rejected designs remain the property of Moonadraws OÜ.
Ownership of the final approved design transfers only after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and award submissions unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been agreed upon.
Clients are responsible for conducting trademark searches and obtaining trademark registrations where required.
We do not guarantee trademark availability, registration approval, or legal protection in any jurisdiction.
Artwork, Prints & Handmade Products
All artwork, prints, and tufted products are sold for personal use unless a commercial license has been purchased separately.
The purchase of physical artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
Customers may not reproduce, scan, digitize, sell copies of, or commercially exploit any artwork without written permission.
Custom Commissions
For commissioned artwork or custom design projects:
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Final files will be delivered after full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline commission requests at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
You have the right to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at saul.moona@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with any original packaging and accompanying materials where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Original artworks and tufted items commissioned or created specifically for you.
Artworks, prints or tufted items that have been damaged and/or used.
Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
